No, it isn't I can't even click "request subnet", maybe my POP (Easynet, DE) doesn't support that?!

Well, is your tunnel up? Your tunnel needs to be up before a subnet can be routed through it. Also, you only get a reverse-lookup delegation for your subnet, not for your endpoint (I think). In my case, my tunnel endpoint's reverse lookup is served by ns[123].sixxs.net. But my subnet (which is entirely separate from the tunnel endpoint) has reverse lookups served by my nameserver. your tunnel will need to be up and pinged for a week before you have enough credits to request a tunnel
