Tunel request

I mailed this problem to sixxs staff, but I got no replay, so sorry for posting it here. My handle nk7-6bone and a while a go I reqested a tunnel on medinet pop and got rejected because I couldn't get pinged. Now that I resolved that problem I can't request again because it saids that I have a tunnel from my ip to medinet pop, well it is set administratively down. I still have 15 credits left so I would like to re-request a tunel if it is posible.

You realy need to do this throug mail.
did you follow the guidlines on the Contact page so they have a proper email?
and when did you email them, it's not like they answer the mail 24/7 as sixxs is some kind of hobby for them, they do have a live and a job next to this.
