Are u crazy?Why if i have /64 i can use only /128? If i ask for /48 i can have /120? ... reply pls

You may want to checkout subnet section. And reading some FAQ meantime could help also.

The /64 given out are transit networks, only ::1 (gateway) and ::2 (your endhost/router) are to be used. Transitnetworks (peer 2 peer, one host talking to another) don't need other IP's to be assigned. Thus that is no problem. Technically this is indeed only a /127 from the /64. If you want to connect other hosts then you should request a subnet, which will be a /48 as per all the recommendations and you get a reverse delegation too on that block so that you can put all kind of nice reverse names in there.
