Update the OpenBSD Tunnel setup steps.

This page has the wrong steps for more recent OpenBSD builds:

I'm running 4.4 and I needed to use this:
tunnel [Your IPv4 Endpoint] [PoP IPv4 Endpoint]
inet6 [Your IPv6 Endpoint] [PoP IPv6 Endpoint] prefixlen
!/sbin/route add -inet6 default ::1
!/sbin/route change -inet6 default -ifp gif0
So basically just combining lines 2 & 3.
