My account got two "Administratively set down" tunnels.
Maybe i finally found a server with a low latency, but when i click on "next step" under tunnel request my client (mozilla firefox) turn back to the request page?
What can i do?

You might start by reading the error message?
And did you note the line mentioning: "Operational issues, abuse and other questions should be directed to the contact address." ?
