IPv6 Experiment - dead ?
[si] Shadow Hawkins on Monday, 18 May 2009 11:38:41
Hi! The SixXS front page links to a news page about the IPv6 Experiment, but that page is dead (tried over IPv4 and IPv6(over .ipv4.sixxs.org)). If the project is dead, the news should not link to it, IMHO. If it is not dead, then regards this as a bug report for them ;) (I tried accessing from two location, different ISPs) References: - SixXS front page - The firs new link on it : 2009-04-01 - DNS Resolvers and Google over IPv6 On the top of that page it says: Thursday, January 1st - Happy new year The SixXS staff whishes everybody a happy and fruitful 2009. Watch out for the grand IPv6 Experiment which will open January 5th.

You could email v6test@lists.your.org and ask for a status update. I believe a test version of the site appeared for a short while before it vanished. The site has been "coming soon" for over 2 years now - maybe it's just time to give up unless Kevin actually finishes it.

I agree, it looks pretty dead.
