"IPv6 Enabled" logo for web sites?
[ca] Shadow Hawkins on Sunday, 12 April 2009 18:12:26
In order to get the awareness of IPv6 up, I was thinking of a "IPv6 Enabled" logo that people could add to their web sites. This logo could also include a link back to a page explaining what IPv6 is and what it means for the user. Does anyone have an suggestions for a logo, so that we can be consistent. My submission is here: http://i39.tinypic.com/fk1mhu.jpg

Might be nice if it was a little bigger, but I like it. I already tossed it on the bottom of my page. -G

Looks good, though maybe it should be "enabled" as opposed to "ready". The distinction is important since there is already an "IPv6 Ready" logo program: http://www.ipv6ready.org/ I wouldn't want there to be confusion, in the nature of the two.

More smooth text, "IPv6 enabled": http://silc.org.ua/images/w3c_ipv6_enabled.gif
