New tunnel, manually request new subnet?
[nl] Shadow Hawkins on Thursday, 22 April 2004 20:06:58
Hello, I got a new tunnel, kindly provided by BIT, but my subnet is still pointing to the old tunnel endpoint. Am I just a bit early and didn't you guys finish the complete conversion yet, or do I manually have to request a new subnet over the new tunnel? Thanks.

Yeah, especially if one wants to create a new subnet for the new tunnel and delete all the old crap costs you mayor credits. Especially deleting the old IPng tunnel costs one 50 credits.. Btw, mayor credits should go to IPng for all there good work in the past.. The new tunnel is up and running and I have requested a new subnet today for my new tunnel. I always had the illusion that moving to a new ISP wouldn't give me a new subnet with IPv6 ;) Cheers, Renee. www.pts.nl - for all your embedded needs
