No PoPs in Asia
[sg] Shadow Hawkins on Saturday, 12 March 2011 20:22:08
[admin edit: moved to subforum + updated title to reflect content] I've e mailed asking for help in my particular case, but well, i suppose since there's no end points in Asia (and i don't think its likely my ISP will move to IPV6 unless they need to - they don't even provide me with ISP e mail!), i can't quite get a POP assigned to me automatically. It might useful to have a list of areas where a user will definately get a POP assigned, so you'd know if you'd have to request one manually via e mail or such.

That list is easily seen on the PoPs page as those are the locations where we have Points of Presence. Some PoPs also serve broader areas, but as this is dependent on latency and sometimes prefixes it is hard to make a picture of it, also as one might want to request a tunnel to another host. The Tunnel Request forms show the possible PoPs for a requested endpoint, and one can always ask for another PoP using the reason field.
