When do things get approved?

Time on approval of subnets.
Im glad to be a member of a great team of volunteers,but i would like to have an 'estimate' of approval timespan of things,now (like i do) people log in 3 times a day,to see if it's enabled (or do crazy stuff like letting your server send you an sms if sender == Sixxs in 'inbox' *hint*)
SixXS: What can be done better?
All those options won't help at 20m below the India sea... ;) Neither is there proper connectivity in some diving resorts.
