My assigned POP is "disabled"

When my tunnel went down I checked on the web site. It was marked as POP is down. I didn't do anything at that time since I expected it would come back.
When it didn't come back I checked again and my tunnel is deleted and the POP is marked as "disabled".
What happened? How do I get mu tunnel back.

The PoP provider stopped providing the service.
How do I get mu tunnel back.
You can't. The only thing you can do is request a new tunnel from another PoP.
If you require credits for that, contact info@sixxs.net.
