Hi! Is it possibile to reverse my ipv6 *.sixxs.net on my domain.it with Windows? and how?

If you mean have your IPv6 resolved ad host.domain.it, I don't think sixxis will do it.
Instead if you mean: <name>.mydmain.it is the same as your IPv6 address you can simply add a CNAME record.
I think you can get reverse resolution delegation only if they will assign/sell you a whole IPv6 Class.

SixXS won't let change the reverse DNS on the tunnel subnet.
If you want to have reverse DNS, you have to request a subnet
and set the nameservers for this subnet.
