How is my endpoint connectivity tested?

When requesting a tunnel to a PoP all our PoPs will periodically ping (ICMPv4) your endpoint. This will enable us to determine if your connection works and which PoP is closest to you. Your latency from your endpoint to the PoP must be far lower than 100ms, if it is not then your tunnel will be rejected. Ask first if you think this might pose a problem with your request.

When you have a tunnel it is measured from the PoP over IPv6 (ICMPv6). See Tunnel endpoint didn't ping.
