These pages show the visibility of Default Free Prefixes (DFP's) as delegated by the RIR's.
This is seen from the ISP's as listed on the Ghosts pages.
If a prefix is seen by any of these ISP's it is counted as 'visible', the number of ASPaths gives as slight inside how many working peerings where visible at that timestamp.
