How can I remove my account?

Login to and follow the "Remove Account" link on the main login page. Read the information carefully and click on the "Remove account" button to confirm the deletion of your account.

We regret your decision to leave our services; if you would like to explain your dissatisfaction, please mail it to our contact address.

This action is not reversible and there is no possibility of signing up again.

If you have low credits or other problems, describe your problems, demonstrate that you really want to solve them and contact the staff who might just give you a second chance. Trying to destroy your account and starting over doesn't work, you will simply be rejected.
