Please note that there appears to be problem with version 4.1 of FortiOS in relation to IPv6. It does not evaluate the IPv6 policy before letting traffic through. This behaviour is due to be resolved with version 4.2 of FortiOS. I believe this behaviour is also present in version 4.0 but I have not confirmed if present in previous versions. I would suggest that anyone using Fortinet should evaluate and test carefully to make sure they are not inadvertently leaving there system open.
