10318	LACNIC-10318	CABLEVISION S.A. / FIBERTEL	This ASN has been announcing Nortels' 6bone (3ffe:1300::/24) prefix for over the last 3 years, even after having tried to contact them through several channels, they won't respond in any way.
29657	ASN-6NETWORK	6network IPv6 Network	Passively refusing to update outdated/broken prefix-filters albeit being asked multiple times to do so
